Bleeding Control
My past work as a first aid instructor taught me how easy it is for regular people to save lives through basic knowledge of bleeding control.
You don't have to be an expert, or do first aid perfectly - any action you take to stop bleeding makes a person more likely to live.
I encourage everyone to take a #StopTheBleed course. In the meantime, I've compiled key messages from the courses I've taken in resources here.
Note: If you share this information with people, please share the link to this page instead of an attachment, so they can access any recent updates/corrections.

Take a #StopTheBleed Class:
-
First Care Providers - Free (requires a slightly longer attention span)
-
Where conditions allow, I recommend also taking an in-person class to practice skills.
